To think for my happiness brings you only sorrow,
And leaves you wishing to have it over tomorrow
Tears me up all the more on the inside
Feels like all I have done to you is lied
Causing my friend unbearable pain
Is racking at my already ill-wrought brain
Tears are constantly flowing, never ebbing
For me, this trauma in never letting
Never letting me have one moment's peace nor calm
Tears fall over the smears of blood across my palm
Turning the serpentine, crimson rivers into pink waterfalls
And still all I hear are your heart's beckoning calls
My demise is all I can imagine, I wish I was long gone
It is like dying with the crescendo of an ill-ridden song
Knowing I'm hurting you every day
Even though I try to manipulate my feelings every which way
Brings a dark cover of oblivion over my already shaded eyes
All I know now is that I've tried and I've tried
I truly long to be happy, fulfilled, to truly smile
But now, it hurts, I'm on a life/death trial
So what direction shall I try
I continuously ask myself one question: why?
I'll make it simple for myself
I'll leave everyone's pictures on the ebony shelf
I'll pick up my ever-glinting blade
And realize in death I'll have it made
My knife is ready, eager for the kill
Knowing that I am fulfilling my long awaited will
I'd rather cry these tears of blood
And let you move on, as all people should

"If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?"
